RMAPORTAL products are provided as Software as a Service (SaaS) subscription services. Upon becoming an RMAPORTAL customer, you will receive a unique account identifier linked to your sub-domain. For instance, if your identifier is "example," your subscription can be accessed via "https://example.returnsportal.net."
This subscription service facilitates the online management of product returns from your customers to your company or entity.
As a Premium Account holder, you agree to pay the required renewal fees within 7 days of the due date. Accounts overdue by more than 15 days will be automatically suspended. Accounts that remain unpaid and suspended for over 30 days will be permanently deleted from our system.

Standard free 2-Week Trial Period. We offer a standard free 2-week trial period for all premium account types (GOLD, PLATINUM, or ENTERPRISE) to evaluate our system. During this trial period, you will not be billed or incur any charges. If you decide the service is not right for you, simply request a cancellation before the trial period ends.
Prepaid subscriptions. For prepaid subscriptions, if you cancel within the first two weeks of the trial period, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after the trial period, a partial refund will be provided. The monthly rate for your subscription is calculated by dividing the total payment by the number of months specified in your package. Your refund will be determined by subtracting the cost for the months you have used the service.
As a customer, it is your responsibility to ensure access to your SaaS subscription. product. Refer to our Delivery Policy for more information.
- To cancel your service, email "support AT rmaportal.com". Any applicable refunds will be promptly processed according to our Refund Policy.
- The materials on RMAPORTAL's website are provided "as is." RMAPORTAL makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Furthermore, RMAPORTAL does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
